We stand behind every part we sell. Here's everything you need to know about our returns policy.

14-Day Returns

Return any unused part in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

6-Month Warranty

All parts carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Bring the part in or contact us on WhatsApp.

Exceptions

Electrical parts, consumables (filters, brake pads), and special-order items are non-returnable once installed.

How to Return a Part

  1. 1. Contact us on WhatsApp at (+237) 670 518 267 with your order reference.
  2. 2. Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a collection or drop-off at our Bamenda store.
  3. 3. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days via Mobile Money or bank transfer.
